Reaction score. 0. Jan 26, 2009. #2. Well, my symptoms all totally disappeared the day after my BFP but I got my BFP early, at 10 dpo. So they disappeared at 11 dpo and I'm obviously still pregnant! Most of the symptoms came back 2 weeks later just not as strong. Good luck!!!
